Discounts will apply based on bulk quantities of golf cart rentals.
- Transport delivery and pickup charges apply for a nominal fee.
- Renter is responsible for securing the golf cart on a weekend or above rental when not in use.
- Do not leave the keys in the ignition.
- Unsupervised / unlocked may be towed to our office where they are stored safely. Storage charges may apply to the renter.
- Damages to vehicles during the golf cart rental period are the customers responsibility. All repairs will be billed to the customer at our normal hourly labor rates.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to make a note of any damages on the rental contract when the cart is received. Customers will be billed on the credit card recorded on the contract. The customer will be mailed a copy of the charges.
- Payment is due in advance of pickup or delivery.
- We do not hold/reserve rentals for customers without a 50% security deposit. Golf carts are first come first serve unless you have a deposit, or the rental is paid in full.
- Customers who want to extend their golf cart rentals must have approval from the rental manager before extension is granted.
- Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to start of the rentals. Otherwise, no refunds.
- Deliveries/Returns after normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9-5 and Saturday 10-4) may be subject to additional charges.
- Vehicles must be returned during normal business hours unless arrangements have been made.
- Any keys which are lost by customer will incur a cost of 125.00 for replacement of the ignition switch assembly.
